2. Services
Our real-time account flow tracking service offers live updates for your budget movements. Service subscriptions are billed in advance and recur per the chosen interval. All activations are final once the service period begins. No refund is available for a subscription after activation, due to the ongoing nature of the service. You may request a one-time transfer of your remaining period to another party by contacting us at least 7 days before your next renewal.
3. Information Products
We offer digital guides and reports on account flow management. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded the product or accessed any part of the content. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment source within 10 business days.
4. Physical Goods
Our branded merchandise is sold at fixed rates. You may return unopened items in original condition within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment source within 10 business days.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed via the original payment channel. Requests are reviewed and, if approved, completed within the timeframes noted above. Transfers are subject to approval and must meet the conditions specified. Certain services do not allow refunds once accessed, due to immediate delivery of the promised content or feature.
